Shawn Conklan has a diverse range of work experience. Shawn held the role of Vice President of Operations at Long's Human Resource Services from March 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Specialist at the same company from July 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining Long's Human Resource Services, Shawn was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Focus Empowers from May 2017 onwards.

Shawn also has extensive experience at Threaded Fasteners, Inc., where they held multiple roles over the years. These include Business Development for National Utility Accounts/Marketing from May 2011 to March 2018, Division Director of Manufacturing/Utility Sales from January 2010 to May 2011, Operations Manager/Utility Sales from September 2007 to January 2010, and Sales Representative/Marketing from September 1999 to September 2007.

In addition to their corporate experience, Shawn served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve as a Boatswains Mate Third Class from May 2003 to May 2009.

Shawn Conklan's education history includes attending the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2023 to 2025, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of South Alabama from 2003 to 2004, although no degree or field of study is specified.
