Melanie Steinbach is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at MasterClass since January 2023, Melanie also invests as an Angel Investor in multiple companies, including Lex, a LGBTQ+ social network, and Arranged, which helps users organize tasks and events. Previously, Melanie held positions such as Chief People Officer at Cameo and Senior Vice President, U.S. Chief People Officer at McDonald's. Additional roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Milliken & Company and managing director at Russell Reynolds Associates. Melanie Steinbach holds an AB in Political Science from Duke University.
