Paul Weir has over three decades of experience in the hospitality and food service industry. As a Partner at Longhorn Cafe since February 1995, Paul has demonstrated significant leadership and business acumen. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Holiday Inn San Antonio from February 1990 to January 1995. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Culinary Institute of America (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio (1984-1988). Additionally, Paul is a certified Serve-Safe Instructor and Proctor.
