Sergio Andres Buenaventura, FMVA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Open English since May 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Head of Finance at Longevo since July 2022, where contributions include financial reporting and cap table analysis for a seed round. Previously, Sergio has held several key roles, including Head of Finance at Simpol, where a financial and accounting structure was established for a crypto wallet, and Finance Manager at Shalder, focusing on the accounting framework for a Delaware C-Corp. As a Finance Advisor at Quantum Entertainment Group, Sergio played a crucial role in negotiating a deal with Sony Music Asia and strategizing for Ecuadorian artist Ren Kai. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Broker at RE/MAX, where training programs for agents were developed, and a series of roles in marketing and artist management within the entertainment industry. Sergio holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Espíritu Santo.
