Lynn Bauer, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, research, and policy analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Grants and Technical Assistance at Longevity Consulting since September 2021, Lynn previously held leadership roles such as Executive Director of Janney Plus Programs and Elementary Education Teacher at Janney Elementary School. Lynn's earlier career includes significant positions at the American Institutes for Research as a Senior Research Analyst, where responsibilities involved managing crime and safety surveys, and serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at The American University. Lynn's analytical expertise was further demonstrated as a Statistician at the Department of Justice and Policy Analyst at Mental Health America. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Justice, Law & Criminology from American University and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
