Alexander is co-founder and seed investor of Longevica, investing $11M in research studying the effects of life extension mechanisms, including Longevica’s groundbreaking 3.5 year study examining the long-term effect of 1033 pharmacological compounds on the lifespan of 20,000 long-lived female mice through a large-scale systematic screening. Alexander also directed a state-owned national energy company with $20B annual revenue and 200,000 employees. There he led significant industry reform, creating and reaching ambitious long- term goals. Alexander is also a philanthropist and proficient investor of biotechnological studies exploring numerous approaches to lifespan extension.
