Al-Karim Madhavji is a solicitor with extensive experience in property and commercial law, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, company title, and various forms of leasing and business sales. Currently at Long Saad Woodbridge since April 2022, Al-Karim has a strong background in drafting and negotiating building contracts within the construction industry. Previously, from January 2015 to March 2022, Al-Karim practiced at CM Lawyers, focusing on property law and dispute resolution. Earlier roles include a law clerk with a focus on various legal areas and a legal research assistant at the University of Sydney Union, where valuable skills in corporate governance and compliance were developed. Al-Karim also served as Humanitarian Programs Director at USU, promoting social justice initiatives and managing events. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society along with a degree in Business Management from the University of Calgary.
