Jack Gill is a Senior Associate at Long Ridge Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the alternative investment industry, since March 2023. In addition, Jack serves as the Head Rugby Coach at Don Bosco Preparatory High School starting in February 2023. Previously, Jack worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Ikon Search from July 2022 to February 2023 and as a NetSuite Recruitment Consultant at Anderson Frank from March 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Mountain Ridge Country Club as a Food and Beverage Assistant, Aquatics Manager, and in Special Event and Dining Services, along with a summer internship, all contributing to a strong foundation in hospitality. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Delaware, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
