Brian Balfour is the Founder and CEO of Reforge, established in May 2016 to offer professional education programs for experienced practitioners. As a Venture Partner at Long Journey Ventures and a Growth Advisor/Investor for multiple startups since September 2012, Brian has contributed to notable companies such as Pipefy and Loom, and has a history with acquired firms like Grabcad and Namo Media. Brian served as a Guest Lecturer at Harvard Business School and held the position of VP of Growth in the Sales Product Division at HubSpot, where innovative growth strategies were implemented. Previous roles include Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Trinity Ventures and Co-Founder and CMO of Boundless Learning, where significant funding was raised. Brian founded Viximo Inc., which became a leading social game distribution company, and also initiated Unique Productions, an event entertainment company, at a young age. Brian Balfour holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, encompassing Sports Management and Communication, Economics, and Applied Statistics.
