Dave Clarke is the Director of Power Markets Policy at Long Island Power Authority. Prior to joining LIPA, Dave worked as a Director at Navigant Consulting, Inc. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
