Zachary Frederick has extensive experience in subsurface utility engineering, currently serving as the Lead SUE CAD Tech at Long Engineering (an Atlas Company) since May 2020. In this role, Zachary is responsible for drafting and overseeing utility plans to ensure compliance with GDOT standards. Previously, Zachary worked as a Computer Aided Design Drafter, focusing on utility plans using OpenRoads/InRoads and AutoCad, and as a Utilities Locator, performing field designations for various utilities and troubleshooting when challenges arose. Prior experience includes serving as a Land Surveyor at Baldwin Surveying from March 2017 to April 2020, conducting topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys for real estate purposes. Zachary is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Land Surveying at Kennesaw State University, having previously attended Georgia State University and Georgia Military College.
