Dr. Leigh Ayala-Meerwald, Ed.D, MBA, has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Long County School District since July 2018, where responsibilities include instruction, lesson planning, and writing Individual Education Plans (IEP). Previously, Dr. Ayala-Meerwald worked as a Student Mentor at Western Governors University, guiding undergraduate business students through course selection and providing resources. Earlier roles include an Education Assistant at Clarksville Montgomery County School System, focusing on special education, and a Classroom Teacher at Long County School District, teaching 4th grade and adapting lessons for students with disabilities.
