Richard Kaiser has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Sergeant in the Collision Investigation Detail and overseeing various specialized units at the Long Beach Police Department since October 2008. With a tenure at the department beginning in 1993, Richard has managed multiple operations, including fatal collisions and felony hit-and-run cases. Richard also held the position of administrative sergeant in the Patrol Bureau and has been engaged in community policing efforts to address local issues. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Cerritos College.
