Bailye Chance has a diverse background in administrative roles, currently serving as Office Admin at MT Truck Parts & Service, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Bailye worked as a Loan Administrator III at AgTrust Farm Credit from November 2018 to January 2024 and held the position of Administrative Assistant at O'Rourke Sales Company for a brief period in 2018. Early career experience includes teaching at It's a Sensory World from January 2017 to July 2018 and a role as a Social Media Marketing Intern at First3Years in mid-2017. Bailye holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas, completed between 2015 and 2017.
