Shaunak Sawant is an experienced Restaurant General Manager with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Lone Star Texas Grill since October 2021, Shaunak focuses on establishing business plans and achieving financial objectives. Previously, Shaunak held a similar role at Soul Foods Group, managing operations for a high-revenue brand and emphasizing employee development, health and safety procedures, and achieving operational targets. Additional experience includes positions at Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge, Delta Lodge at Kananaskis, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre. Shaunak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Lambton College Toronto and another Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Rizvi College of Hotel and Tourism Management Studies.
