Mark Findlay currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lone Star Texas Grill, a position held since November 2017. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Board Member at Restaurants Canada from April 2021 to April 2022 and as Senior Vice President at FAB Restaurant Concepts from October 2016 to November 2017. Mark's extensive background in the restaurant industry features significant roles at Cara Operations, including Senior Vice President of Premium Brands and Chief Operating Officer for Milestones, Montana's, and Kelsey's. Additional positions at Cara Operations included President of Milestones Restaurants and various management roles within Kelsey's and Montana's. Earlier professional experience includes serving as General Manager at Jack Astor's from 2001 to 2007. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Waterloo.
