Director Of IT Operations at Lone Star Analysis

Jeremy Ailes has extensive work experience in the field of IT operations. Jeremy is currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Lone Star Analysis. In this role, they lead a team of IT professionals and is responsible for architecting, managing, maintaining, and training users on the AWS environment. Jeremy also serves as the CMMC and NIST compliance champion for IT. Prior to this, Jeremy worked at AspireHR, where they held various roles including Director of Cloud Operations and Products, Director of Technical Platforms and Operations, and Director of Information Technology. During their time at AspireHR, they led teams, managed the AWS environment, and developed new software offerings. Jeremy also played a key role in converting on-premises infrastructure to zero trust on AWS and designed an Information Security training program. Before joining AspireHR, Jeremy worked at IP Navigation Group as a Network Operations Manager/Customer Care Manager, and Systems Administrator. Jeremy also gained experience as a Regional IT Support Analyst at Saint-Gobain Containers and as a PC/LAN Support Technician at DELTEC Information Systems. Jeremy started their career at eKeeper Systems as a System Analyst/Network Engineer.

Jeremy Ailes has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications such as Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, CIW Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 Specialist, CIW User Interface Designer, Cloud Essentials, Linux Essentials, CIW Site Development Associate, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Project+, Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS, Security+, IT Operations Specialist - CIOS, Network+, and A+. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2020.
