Priya Khullar currently serves as the Director of Customer Voice, Experience and Insight at the UK Home Office since February 2023 and is a Board Member of London TravelWatch since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Priya held the position of Chief Customer Experience Design & Data Officer at Conversity from April 2022 to February 2023 and launched the Early Years Learning Venture at Early Years Learning between August 2021 and October 2022. At Sky, from April 2018 to August 2021, Priya led the customer experience and digital data analytics program utilizing AI tools for real-time insights. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Pfizer, News UK, Digilluminati, BT, and YouView TV Limited. Priya holds an MBA in Management from INSEAD and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
