Zoe Lake Thomas has extensive experience in youth engagement and community participation within cultural institutions. Currently serving as the Learning Officer for Young People at the London Transport Museum, Zoe leads a team of young Apprentices and Freelancers to implement an ACE funded programme aimed at empowering young Londoners. Prior roles include Participation Coordinator at Science Museum Group, where Zoe developed participatory arts projects, and Youth Engagement and Volunteering Coordinator at Horniman Museum and Gardens, focusing on young people’s activities. Additional experience encompasses various positions at The British Museum, who conducted community collaborations, as well as administration support roles at Goldsmiths, University of London, and University of Sussex. Educational qualifications include an MA in Museum Studies from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
