Paul Surma is an experienced professional in the field of operations and tour guiding, currently holding the position of Operations Manager at London Transport Museum since April 2007. Paul's career has included various roles at the museum, progressing from Operations Assistant to Operations Supervisor. In addition, Paul has been active as a guide with the Clerkenwell and Islington Guiding Association, Camden Tour Guides Association, and City of London Guide Association since 2014. Previous experience includes roles at the Natural History Museum as a Gallery and Retail Assistant, as well as customer service positions at GAME Digital. Paul holds a Diploma of Special Studies in Tourism and Guiding from the University of Westminster and has a background in History and Geography from Bishop Douglass RC Sixth Form School.
