Joseph O'Boyle is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a demonstrated history in various high-level roles within the finance and analytics sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for the Data & Analytics Division at London Stock Exchange Group, Joseph also led talent acquisition for Customer Operations after Refinitiv's acquisition by LSEG. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at IHS Markit, Director of Recruiting at TheTuttle Agency, and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting. Earlier in their career, Joseph gained experience as an Option Volatility Trader at Santa Fe Trading, LLC.
