Paul Grimwood serves as the Head of Programme Delivery for the Stansted Transformation Programme at London Stansted Airport, overseeing efforts to boost passenger capacity from 28 million to 43 million annually since October 2018. Previous roles include Head of Capital Delivery and Programme Delivery Manager at the airport, where project management and team leadership were pivotal in delivering various capital projects. Earlier experience includes leading the External Construction Team at Ringway Jacobs for major capital projects related to Essex County Council and managing construction at Essex & Suffolk Water and Essex County Council. Paul's educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and recognition as a Chartered Civil Engineer by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
