Maya Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in admissions, marketing, and philanthropy within the creative sector. Currently serving as the Head of Admissions, Marketing & Outreach at London Screen Academy since September 2020, Maya leads a team focused on engaging underrepresented young people through targeted outreach and marketing strategies. Previous roles include Philanthropy and Communications Manager, where Maya successfully managed multi-year funding bids and donor communications, and Philanthropy Officer, responsible for database management and reporting. Maya's background also includes experience as a Williams Fundraising Trainee at Tate, a Catering Assistant at Reel to Reel, a Research and Administrative Assistant at SignHealth, and a Creative Intern at WOLFE ID. Maya holds a BA Hon in History of Art from Oxford Brookes University.
