Alexander Kalugin is an experienced professional in logistics and customer relations, currently serving as the Managing Director at London Gates Riga since August 2023. Previously, Alexander held the title of Camp Manager at LGEG from November 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included organizing camps for children and managing logistics, clients, and finances. As Head of Customer Relations at LGEG, Alexander led a team to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize response times for approximately 900 clients. Earlier in a career at Kimberly-Clark, significant roles included Project Manager, where Alexander improved inventory management systems, and Tactical Planner, involved in production planning across UK and Czech plants. Alexander holds a Specialist degree in Logistics from the State University - Higher School of Economics and is currently furthering education through Coursera.
