Spiro Bantis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently, Spiro serves as a Partner at London Fischer LLP, a position held since 2004, where responsibilities include leading the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice and chairing both the Insurance Coverage and Insurance Regulatory Groups. Spiro is also a certified arbitrator in insurance and reinsurance disputes and acts as an expert witness. Previously, Spiro held the role of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Gulf Insurance Group from 1989 to 2004, serving as the chief legal officer for a major specialty lines insurance group. Spiro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from New York University and a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
