Pilar Kusel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management, operations, and policy development across various organizations. Currently serving as Grants Manager at London Councils since May 2023, Pilar supports the delivery of the grants programme and fosters relationships with funded organizations and boroughs. Prior roles include Director of Operations at United Way, where responsibilities included managing partner relationships and supporting strategic planning. Pilar has also held leadership positions in the Argentine government, focusing on cross-ministerial coordination and international affairs, and has experience in academia as an assistant professor. Pilar holds an MSc in Public Policy from UCL and various academic qualifications in administration and non-profit management.
