Charlotte Smith currently serves as Associate Director of Business Development at London Business School, having held several key positions within the institution since July 2019, including Recruitment & Admissions Director for Graduate Masters Programmes and Senior Manager of Student Recruitment. Prior to this, Charlotte was Head of Student Recruitment at Whitehouse Institute of Design from July 2015 to December 2018, and began their career as a Teacher at Lincolnshire County Council from July 2012 to June 2015, earning recognition as an Outstanding Teacher by Ofsted. Educational qualifications include a degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status (Hons) from Bishop Grosseteste University, completed in 2012.
