Christopher James Freeman possesses extensive experience in behavior change management and enforcement, currently serving as the Behaviour Change and Enforcement Manager for the London Borough of Hackney since February 2021. This role involves overseeing the implementation of the Council’s waste management initiatives and managing a team of enforcement and education officers. Previously, Christopher held roles at the London Borough of Waltham Forest as a Neighbourhood Officer and at Kingdom Services Group Ltd as an Environmental Protection Team Leader. Additional experience includes security and customer service positions across various companies, including Gurkha Security Services and Wickes. Christopher is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arden University.
