Connie Earl is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Instructional Coach at Lompoc Unified School District since August 2022. Prior to this role, Connie worked at Gilbert Public Schools from 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an ELL Specialist and Reading Coach. From August 1993 to May 2018, Connie contributed to Apache Junction Unified School District as a Reading Specialist. Earlier in the career, Connie taught as an Elementary School Teacher at Omaha Public Schools from August 1986 to May 1992. Connie holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa.
