Ricky Padilla is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Manager of Patient Care for the Progressive Care Unit at Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta since July 2022. Ricky has a strong background in quality and patient safety, having previously established reporting procedures for resuscitation and contributed to best practices related to resuscitative outcomes. Ricky is also a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of San Diego, supervising clinical rotations and contributing to course development. With previous roles at UC San Diego Health, including Clinical Nurse Educator and House Supervisor, Ricky has focused on nursing education, competency evaluation, and patient care coordination across various settings. Ricky's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Executive Nurse Leadership.
