Lili O'Ara has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1988 with a role at Performance World. Lili then moved on to World Nurse Connection in 1992, where they served as Manager. In 1991, they were Operations Manager at Enviromental Technologies. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Realtor and Loan Consultant at Easy Funding/E-Team Realty, where they conducted research, market analysis, listing and advertisement of properties for sale in Southern California. In 2008, they became a Realtor at Real Estate eBroker. From 2009 to 2011, they were a student at Full Sail University. In 2012, they were an Account Manager at Smart LifeStyle TV, and from 2011 to present, they have been VP of Marketing at LLBN - Loma Linda Broadcasting Network.

Lili O'Ara has a diverse educational background. Lili earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University between 2009 and 2011. In 2012, they earned a Certificate for Professional Advancement in Philanthropy from La Sierra University. Between 2005 and 2009, they attended Mt. San Jacinto College, studying Real Estate Finance, Publisher, and C++. Lili also attended the Enlightened Wealth Institute, where they earned a Protege in Real Estate Investment and Multiple Streams of Income between 2007 and 2008. In the same time period, they attended the Wealth Structuring Institute, where they studied Asset Protection and Tax Mastery. Lili also attended Wealth Academy to learn Public Speaking in 2007. Prior to 2004, Lili O'Ara attended Realty America GMAC to study Real Estate. Lili also earned a High School Diploma from Liceul Mihai Eminescu, Constanta, where they studied Bio-Chemistry, Lab Testing, and Phlebotomy. Additionally, they attended Liceul Ovidius, Constanta, where they studied Advanced Placement Math and Advanced Placement Physics.
