Laura Kozlowski, MBA, is an experienced professional in customer experience and program management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Loll Designs since August 2020, after progressing through roles including Customer Account Specialist and Customer Service Assistant. Prior experience includes positions such as Program Director at Duluth Area Family YMCA, Program Manager at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities and EXOS, and Program Coordinator at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
