Thavinya Wijesinghe is a skilled Business Analyst currently employed at LOLC Technologies since January 2020, progressing from Trainee BA to Associate Business Analyst. In addition to experience at LOLC Technologies, Thavinya held various leadership roles in AIESEC Sri Lanka, including Organizing Committee Vice President for Events & Logistics for AMPLIFIER 2022 and Vice President for Partnership Development and Outgoing Global Exchange for AIESEC in IIT. Thavinya also served as Event Manager for RISE UP and Vice President of Marketing for Fashionista. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Westminster and a Business Information Systems degree from the Informatics Institute of Technology, with studies ongoing until 2024. Previous teaching experience includes a position as an Information Communication Technology Teacher at Asian Grammar School. Thavinya is actively involved in several professional organizations, including membership in the IIT BizLink Society, IEEE WIE Affinity Group, and IEEE Computer Society Student Chapter.
