Tharindu Fernando is a skilled Business Analyst currently employed at LOLC Technologies Limited since April 2021, where responsibilities include implementing Commvault backup solutions and coordinating ERP system upgrades with a focus on agile-scrum methodology. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant System Administrator at Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC, where network management and ERP integration were primary duties, and as Trainee System Administrator, encompassing similar responsibilities. Tharindu's career began as a QA Trainee at Inqbaytor Pty Ltd, specializing in bug identification and agile practices, and also includes a role as Temporary Demonstrator at the University of Ruhuna, assisting students in IT laboratory sessions. Tharindu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science from the University of Ruhuna and has pursued further education at the University of Moratuwa.
