Luca Di Pierno has worked in the sales and customer service industry since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as an Operatore Call Center at Genialloyd. In 2008, they moved to QUIXA as a Coordinatore Call Center. In 2016, they joined ProntoPro as Head of Customer Success, where they were responsible for planning and organizing the entire sales structure, workflow, and commercial proposal to improve qualitative and quantitative objectives through training, coaching, innovation, and project management. Luca also served as Team Leader Loyalty. In 2020, they became Head of Sales at Lokky, where they were responsible for defining the sales plan, identifying sales objectives and strategies, and defining the target reference. Luca also managed the sales team, selecting and training personnel, and managing agreements and products with various partner insurance companies.
Luca Di Pierno obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Architettura e dell'Ingegneria edile from Politecnico di Milano between 1999 and 2004, majoring in Architettura.
