Panche Ribarski has a diverse work experience in the field of computer science and engineering. Panche started their career as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute of Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences Skopje in December 2008 and worked there until August 2011. Panche then joined the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje, where they held multiple roles. Panche started as a research and teaching assistant in August 2011 and worked in this position until September 2017. In August 2017, they became an Assistant Professor and held this role until June 2022. From June 2022 to the present, they have been an Associate Professor at the same institution.

In addition to their academic career, Ribarski also gained industry experience. Panche joined Keitaro in June 2017 as a DevOps and later became the DevOps Lead. From August 2018 to the present, they have been working at Loka, Inc. as an Engineering Team Lead.

Panche Ribarski's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at the Faculty of natural sciences Skopje - Institute of Informatics. Panche completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2007.

Afterwards, Ribarski pursued further education and enrolled at the same institution for their Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering with a focus on Cryptography. Panche completed their Master's Degree in 2011.

In the same year, Ribarski joined the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cryptography. As of now, there is no information regarding the completion of their Ph.D. program.
