Bojana Genova began their work experience in 2016 as an Intern / Human Resources Assistant at Macedonian Railways Transport JSC Skopje. Bojana then moved on to an internship at ArcelorMittal as a Health & Safety Intern. In 2017, they joined H4 as a Document Specialist and later transitioned to become a Customer Operation Coordinator. Most recently, they have become a Junior Project Manager at Loka, Inc. starting in September 2021.

Bojana Genova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University from 2009 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.
