Belle Lo has extensive experience in customer success and retail management across various roles. Belle's earlier career at kapok spanned from October 2015 to July 2021, during which roles included Shop Manager, Store Supervisor, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Executive, and Sales Associate. Belle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Hong Kong Shue Yan University, completed in 2016.
