Joyce Cristina Silva Souza has extensive experience in commercial management, currently serving as Gerente Comercial at Lojas REDE since October 2011, after progressing from Supervisor Comercial. Previously, Joyce held the position of Gerente Comercial at Carrefour from August 2005 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of 20 employees and introducing new products. Earlier experience includes serving as Gerente Comercial at Hipermercado Extra from January 2001 to May 2005, also overseeing a team of 15 employees and implementing sales initiatives for private label products and consumer credit services. Joyce holds a degree in Gestão Comercial from Centro Universitário UNA, completed in 2009.
