Daniel Freitas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Daniel started their career as an Assistant Administrative at CORC Radiologia Odontológica in 2012. Daniel then worked as an Auxiliary in Accounts Receivable at C Martins Advogados Associados in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Support and later as an Assistant Financial at Technos S/A. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Support Analyst at Grupo Technos S/A, where they provided user support, managed hybrid environments, and administered various systems and tools. In 2021, they joined VTEX as a Customer Excellence | Technical Support and later moved to Loja Integrada, where they currently hold the position of Tech Support Specialist Senior. In this role, they handle technical and platform usage issues, investigates and documents bugs, performs debugging, and provides guidance to the team.
Daniel Freitas has a background in technology and information management. Daniel completed a Postgraduate degree in Information Technology Management and Governance at UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from the same institution from 2015 to 2018.
