Aftar Mulla currently serves as Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition at Lohono Stays since December 2023, overseeing tech and non-tech recruitment across Pan India for Isprava and Lohono in various domains including Design, Marketing, Sales, Site Operations, and Support. Prior to this role, Aftar worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Pixis, focusing on non-tech recruitment for India, the US, and Mexico, with an emphasis on Performance Marketing, Content, and Sales. Experience also includes Talent Acquisition at Design Qandy, where Aftar managed both Non-IT and IT recruitment for the Interior Design sector, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Livspace, concentrating on hiring Interior Designers for the Mumbai region. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Executive at Merkle Sokrati and an internship in Talent Acquisition, primarily focused on performance marketing roles.
