Joey Ceballos has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Virtual Sales Center Manager at Logix Federal Credit Union since March 2007, where responsibilities include developing a digital interaction strategy to enhance member experience. Previously, Joey held the position of Web Loan Sales Manager, overseeing a team that manages over 5,000 loan applications annually, and served as a Loan Officer, facilitating various loan products. Joey's military background includes serving as a Staff Sergeant in the California National Guard and as a Corporal in the US Army. Joey holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ashford University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from the College of the Canyons.
