Todd Hagler's work experience begins in 1988 when they joined United News and Media, plc as a Marketing Director. During this time, they oversaw the corporate image for a group of 51 publications and coordinated national advertising efforts. Todd consistently advanced within the company until their departure in 2002.
In 2002, Todd became an Art Director at Physicians' Education Resource, LLC (PER), where they supervised the development and production of medical journals and expanded their responsibilities to include newsletter titles, web-based initiatives, and international conference marketing. After three years, they moved on to QuestCorp Media Group, where they served as a Creative Director responsible for leading custom publication projects and developing new magazine titles.
In 2008, Todd joined Oser-Bentley Custom Publishers as a Publisher and Creative Director. Todd played a key role in establishing a new custom publishing arm and focused on creating magazine titles in the health, fashion, and ecology sectors.
From 2011 to 2017, Todd worked as a Creative Director, Customer Marketing, and Advocacy at Dexter + Chaney. In this position, they increased market presence through creative direction, brand management, and content development for marketing campaigns across different platforms. Todd also launched a successful advocate marketing program.
Following their tenure at Dexter + Chaney, Todd started their own business, Hagler Design, in 2017. As a Strategic Marketer, Designer, and Content Creator, they helped clients with content creation, visual branding, and identity design, specializing in small-business WordPress websites.
Most recently, Todd joined Logiwa WMS in 2021 as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager. In this role, they are responsible for enhancing the Logiwa brand and increasing market presence through a multi-platform communications strategy. Todd oversees the design, implementation, and management of various online and offline communications.

Todd Hagler attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design/Advertising. In addition to their degree, Todd has pursued additional certifications throughout their career. Some of their notable certifications include Advanced Affinity Photo for Desktop from Lynda.com in March 2020, Yoast WordPress Block Editor Certification from Yoast.com in March 2020, Marketing Automation with HubSpot from Lynda.com in July 2017, and Advocate Marketing Fundamentals from Influitive in October 2016. Todd has also obtained various certifications related to writing, web design, and software training from Lynda.com between 2010 and 2014.
