Sunny (Guangda) Xin, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director at Logitech since March 2022, where responsibilities include supervising talent development, technical accounting oversight, SEC reporting, M&A due diligence, global revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting policies. Previously, at Booking Holdings from May 2015 to March 2022, Sunny held the positions of Director and Manager of External Reporting, focusing on the preparation of SEC filings, corporate M&A support, implementation of accounting standards, and statutory reporting for international entities. Prior experience includes a decade at Ernst & Young as an Auditor Manager, managing complex audit engagements and ensuring SOX compliance. Sunny holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, earned in 2005.
