Mr. David Compton is Founder and President of LSInc. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operation of the company. Under Mr. Compton’s leadership, LSInc has experienced sustained growth since its inception in 2001, and has become a highly respected provider of management consulting, logistics and supply chain support, along with other related professional services to a wide range of DoD customers.

Mr. Compton’s vision for the company included from the start, a focus on attention to detail, innovative and creative problem solving, and responsiveness…all contributing to the successful accomplishment of providing world-class quality products and services at best value. Mr. Compton surrounded himself with an excellent cadre of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with strong Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Professional Services backgrounds. From the beginning, he established a corporate focus of delivering quantifiable Return on Investment (ROI), value and improvements in readiness to LSInc customers while adhering to the company’s highest ethical standards.

Mr. Compton served over 22 years as a United States Navy Supply Corps Officer and was awarded the U.S. Navy League Vice Admiral Batchelder Award in 1986 as the Navy Supply Corps Officer who made the most significant contribution to Fleet Supply Readiness. He also served on the Naval Supply Corps Association Board of Directors. Mr. Compton graduated from Drake University with a B.A. in Political Science via a full track and cross-country scholarship. Prior to launching LSInc, Mr. Compton had a distinguished career providing logistics support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as well as the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP).
