Roland Rivera has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Roland began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Compaq in 1987 before moving on to work as a Systems Analyst II at Tropical Texas Center for M.H.M.R. from 1992 to 1994. Roland then joined CALIDAD ELT, INC., where they held multiple positions including Quality Manager, Test & Process Engineer Manager, and Test Engineer. In 1997, Roland joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise (formerly Compaq Computer Corp.) as a Project Manager and later became a Manager, driving talent management and leading the Reliability and Availability team. In 2016, they joined Memorial Intermediate School as an Educator before transitioning to the role of Instructional Technology Specialist at Calallen Independent School District from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Roland is working as the Sr. Director of Operations at Logisticorp LLC, where they oversee all aspects of projects and works directly with clients to ensure timely and successful deliverables.

Roland Rivera holds a Bachelor of Applied Studies degree in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. Roland also has an AAS degree in Computer Science from Texas State Technical College.
