Ewen McMillan is an experienced professional in technical support and implementation, currently serving as Director of Technical Support at Logility since November 2019, after holding the role of Technical Account Manager. Prior to this, Ewen worked at DXC Technology as a Technical Service Senior Consultant, focusing on healthcare software implementation and support, including MedChart electronic prescribing software. Ewen's career also includes roles such as Professional Services Consultant at Certero, Owner of Serendip IT Ltd, Implementation Consultant at Jackson Lloyd, IT Manager at Langtree SkillsCenter Ltd, MIS Manager at Logitek Distribution Ltd, and Multimedia Developer at Liverpool John Moores University. Ewen holds a BSc, MPhil, and PhD in Chemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
