Cynthia Mongelluzzo, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Application Support at Logility since October 2022. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at Blue Yonder from September 2019 to September 2022, where a Technical Account Management Team was established to support cloud and SaaS customers across North and Latin America. With extensive experience at JDA Software from January 2006 to August 2019, Cynthia progressed through roles including Senior Cloud Services Director, where leadership was provided over a $120M revenue cloud customer base; Director of Cloud Delivery, where significant customer transformations were achieved; and roles focusing on global customer services and support teams within the retail supply chain sector. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, alongside multiple Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Ottawa University, as well as an Associate's degree in Organizational Management from Rio Salado Community College.
