Rachael Bilan has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial engineering. Rachael began their career as an Industrial Engineer Co-op at Giant Eagle in 2011, where they gained valuable experience in the industry. In 2014, Rachael joined Logile, Inc. as a Senior Industrial Engineer and continued to work with the company until 2019. During their time at Logile, Inc., they held various roles, including Manager of Implementation Services, Training Manager, and most recently, Customer Program Manager. Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated strong skills in project management, training, and customer relations.

Rachael Bilan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
