Mike Carter has extensive experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Mike is currently working as a Business Coach at Roy Pope Grocery since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Logile, Inc. starting from April 2013. Mike also worked as the Managing Principal at Carter & Associates since January 2008.

In the past, Mike held positions at CVS Health as the Director of Store Operations from November 2009 to December 2012. Mike served as the Vice President of Operations at Radio Shack from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they were the Division President at A&P from 2001 to 2005. Mike also worked as the Region VP at SUPERVALU from 1998 to 2001.

Mike's career began at HEB in 1975, where they took on various roles such as Director of Operations for the Austin Region, corporate Director of Training & Development, corporate Director of Productivity, and District Manager. Their tenure at HEB lasted until 1998.

Mike Carter completed their MBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1990 and 1992. Additionally, they participated in the food industry executive program at USC, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.
